Semi-Topological Groups with Respect to Semi-continuity and Irresoluteness

Abstract
In this study, the concept of semi-topological group with respect to semi-continuity and semi-topological group with respect to irresoluteness are defined. Some of their properties, such as the differences of semi-topological group with respect to semi-continuity from semi topological group given in [1], are investigated.
